I bought this car with engine damage some years, this Daewoo Nubira 2001 was used just for one year after coming out of the Dealer.

I decide to fix the engine by myself so I overhaul the engine complete and was running well but after some months knocking sound was coming out of the engine and the crankshaft was damage so I didn’t replace it but the car was running well.

After some year I’ve replace the engine 1.6L DOCH by a new engine from Chevrolet aveo 2004

4-Cylinders 1.6L DOHC but the engine didn’t fit so well by the electronic computer (ECM) then was ready to move to the most successful engine 4-Cylinders 2.0L DOHC (U20SED).

I’ve bought this new engine from Daewoo so I swap the engine and I feel the complete difference betwee 1.6 engine and 2.0 engine

This is the original engine of this vehicle Daewoo nubira 2001, 4-Cylinders 1.6L DOCH, Multipoint Injection, 5-Speed Manual transmission

This the damage engine the crankshaft is worn and I decide to remove and install a new engine F16D3 from Chevrolet Aveo 2004

After this damage engine was completely removed from the car I interchanged the old engine by a new engine F16D3 from Chevrolet Aveo 2004 and fit pretty well on the engine room. I just use some parts from the old engine to fit on this F16D3.

New Engine F16D3 from Chevrolet Aveo 2004, I bought this new engine at Daewoo motor completely new and install on this Daewoo Nubira 2001, engine fit well on brackets and engine mounts I just use the flywheel and clutch kit from the old engine and fit perfectly well but didn't workout due to fuel injection rail system, fuel regulator and electronic ECM

This is a used engine T20SED I've bought a Daewoo Tacuma 2002 to make this project possible, I've removed the engine and transmission and I repair the engine performance  such as: New EGR, New 4 Injectors, New clutch kit, New timing belt kit, ETC.
